- Custom Dyed Discs: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom dyed discs that customers have sent in. These discs are considered personalized items and are created based on customer specifications. Please ensure the accuracy of your customization details before sending in your discs for dyeing.

- For eligible items, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
